Note to Mac OS X users

The File Preview utility included with version 10.1.x of Apple's Mac OS X does not display some PDF files correctly. Unfortunately, the set of files affected seems to include all the PDF files on my research papers page. However, Adobe's freely available Acrobat Reader for Mac OS X (included with Mac OS X, or you can download it here) can display them fine.

This problem appears to have been fixed in version 10.2.3.
